- Participation is completely optional and will require registration and payment

- Educational records and observations: Deleted within 1 year of program completion
Exceptions:
- If you request deletion sooner, we will delete information unless we have a legal obligation to retain it
- Information may be retained longer if required by law or for legal proceedings
- De-identified information (with all identifying details removed) may be kept for program improvement
